WELCOME
The Paula Ayala Elementary and High School has a core curriculum which aims to develop scholarly interest and love for learning of its students towards all disciplines. We encourage and teach our students to have fun-filled learning, while having a thriving social life with fellow students by creating activities that cater to their interests. We integrate a program of conventional classroom setting and individual learning with a focus on Science and Technology and Mathematics.

The school is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies. Sophisticated LCD projectors are available for teaching and film-showing for every classroom. All classrooms are also air-conditioned with enough lighting. Our 20 is to 1 policy on student:teacher ratio makes the classrooms conducive for learning.
We foster a continuous teaching-learning environment by encouraging research and query among students. Learning is no just limited within the four walls of the classroom, but even more outside, during interactions with teachers and fellow students as well as during co-curricular activities.
We are committed to inculcate values in all aspects of teaching and learning. The objective should be values-based. We also encourage leadership by example. We believe that being an example in speech, in love, in respect, and the way of life can be a good way to influence and be a leader that the nation is looking for.
We encourage the best and fun way to communicate every lesson that is interesting to students, in their generation. We conduct brainstorming among teachers as to the latest trend that is why the school implements an exciting year-end evaluation and planning as to the new trends that will be helpful for the next academic-year.
